About Us

Woodman Sylvan Properties has been managing properties in the San Fernando Valley for over 34 years. Many of our current properties were managed and developed under the ownership of H. K. DePauw. Today the business is still family owned and operated using our own experienced onsite managers and office personnel. Most property maintenance repairs and upgrades are still performed using our own in house workforce, who have a combined work experience of over 70 years on these properties. Here at Woodman Sylvan Properties, our goal is to serve our clients by providing them with an easy and comfortable living experience. To help us achieve this goal we are now offering an enhanced accessibility through our new website.
